Our client, a leading Australian organisation, is seeking a Performance Analyst to join their team on an initial 6-month day rate contract. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining core operational reports, data models, and analytical insights to support business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Own, develop, and maintain a portfolio of core operational reports and dashboards.
Provide in-depth data analysis, process analysis, and modelling to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key KPIs, forecasting, and exception management reports.
Act as a key information and insights liaison, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Translate complex data into meaningful insights and strategic advice to drive operational improvements.

Key Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualisation.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data modelling, and automation.
Experience in data extraction, compilation, and business performance analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarise trends and identify data anomalies.
Experience working with stakeholders to develop insights that improve business operations.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, business process analysis, and reporting best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and present insights effectively.
