Role purpose
The key purpose of the Property Analyst is to be responsible for monitoring, preparing, reporting and analytical review of property performance. The role is responsible for producing property budgets and forecasts with a focus on maximising Net Property Income (NPI), , manage debtors, reconcile monthly rentals and investigate variances and assist the centre team in preparation of monthly outgoings.
What will you bring?
You will have extensive experience in management accounting, analysis and budgeting with outstanding commercial acumen. You will have an analytical mind with a keen eye for detail, high level of numeracy and analysis capability, problem solving skills and an ability to manage competing demands. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build relationships across wide range of stakeholders. You will have tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance and be CPA/CA qualified.
